Beeswax Food Wrap: Honeycomb

So glad there is an alternative to plastic wrap. I use these in all sorts of sizes to cover dishes and to store food in the freezer.

I bought this specifically to use for bricks of cheese and I loved it so much I'm buying more.

Wax wraps take some getting used to, but work amazingly to cover food. You need to use the warmth of your hands to mold it, so take just two seconds to hold onto it once it's wrapped/folded. These have almost entirely replaced my use of plastic wrap, plastic bags, and aluminum foil. We use them mostly on food directly: bread, avocado, cheese, fruit, etc.

No more disposable wrap! This works super well. I bought another brand and it didn't "wrap" well. This one works really well and creates a nice seal.

Since using this product I no longer use plastic wrap. I was a bit skeptical at first that it could be used for so many uses. But it works perfectly and I love the feel of the bees wrap when it warms in my hands and becomes more pliable. It's a great product perfect for gifts too. Still lots of people don't know about bees wrap instead of plastic wrap so its great to turn people onto it. Perfect for wrapping cheese and covering bowls. Love it.

I have been using these for a while and I do very much like them. They are becoming less “sticky” but still really great to wrap up homemade bread or cover leftovers in the fridge.

Although I like the idea I used this for a sandwich and I find the juices just pooled and end up dripping on me while eating. Maybe I need the sandwich size? I used it 3 times and then found it to me sticky and no longer holding it's melting properties. I'll give it another chance since I have the smaller sizes, but I'm not hopeful.

I love that there is a eco friendly alternative for plastic wrap, but it take some getting used to. I like how it covers bowls, but not for fruit/bread.
