Reusable Swab: Basic

I use it every day and it is so great not to fill the trash with these.

I was surprised how well this cleaned my ears. It’s not absorbent like cotton ones, but it still can get the excess water out.

This reuseable swab is going to be a lifesaver, I can already tell! Cleans the ears extremely well and a quick rinse, clean & dry later, ready to use again! Highly recommend

We were an avid q-tip family, always using 1-3 every shower. We bought a couple early on from their Kickstarter (two years ago?) and haven't bought a pack of q-tips since. In fact, we still have some left over that we only use sparingly for project cleaning. It does it's job getting the wax out of our ears. My 2 year old has been wanting to join in on all our routines so I decided it was time that we got him one (not going to let him use it yet).

This product is awesome and one more way to curb weekly waste. My whole family will be getting these for Christmas this year.

I bought the basic LastSwab after using the beauty version and loving it. I will say that I like the beauty version more; it's incredibly convenient for cleaning up eye makeup. I got the basic version to clean my ears, and it does get the job done. However, I don't like using it after a shower, which is normally when I would clean my ears with a typical cotton swab. I've found that the LastSwab is more effective when my ears are dry, so I've had to change up my routine a tiny bit. It's a very small price to pay to save money and reduce waste.

I love that this replaces so many cotton swabs. But it certainly doesn’t feel or absorb like a cotton swab (which is understandable in order to make it last for so many uses). The tips feel smooth on my fingers but are barely squishy at all. They feel rather hard. The stick and carrying case are very sturdy. I like the way the swab feels in my outer ears (like a little massage), but it doesn’t absorb moisture like a normal cotton swab would. The grooves do a pretty good job at cleaning though. Additionally, this is good for applying salves and creams to small areas. To clean, I run it under water, roll the ends on my bar of soap, then roll it between my fingers and rinse.
